Well this is new info is a little disappointing. in the Ds version(dont now if the others are the same) you can only play as one of the teams pick either autobots or decepticons...

Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver:

This New Pokemon game is a remake from the original Pokemon game Silver and Gold. You can go pick it up Sunday, March 14, 2010. Its an inspiring game for those who want to re live that old experience. It comes with a pokewalker( its like a tamagoshi)you can raise pokemon, battle pokemon and do even more things!!!

Theres a new game coming out called Transformers: War for cybertron.
If you pre-order it you will be able to play as Shockwave, and its the only way you can play as him.
